As the Digital Media Lead at Havas for UNILEVER's portfolio across Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos, I have successfully led digital strategy and execution for some of the company’s most iconic brands, including Dove, Knorr, Sunsilk, Vaseline, Surf, Comfort, Clear, Pond’s, Lux, and Sunshine.

Key Achievements:

>Holistic Digital Media Strategy:

Spearheaded the design and implementation of a comprehensive digital media landscape for the entire UNILEVER portfolio. This included managing cross-platform budgets and ensuring optimal performance across diverse digital channels, leading to improved media efficiency and visibility for each brand.

>Advanced Market Segmentation & Targeting:

Developed sophisticated audience segmentation strategies, tailoring campaigns to reach the most relevant consumer segments. This approach significantly reduced brand overlap, minimised internal competition between UNILEVER brands, and maximised campaign effectiveness.

>Cross-brand Collaboration & Planning:

Established cross-brand planning frameworks to align the digital strategies of multiple UNILEVER brands. This coordination ensured that each brand achieved its unique marketing objectives while supporting overall portfolio growth.
